Ashley Gibson

Ashley is a licensed Texas real estate agent in Montgomery County. Ashley specializes in buyer and tenant representation, as well as luxury home sales for her clients throughout the Greater Houston area. Prior to joining Hutson Realty Partners, Ashley worked for one of the largest national real estate franchisors in the country where she was consistently a multi-million dollar producer. Ashley previously owned and operated Texas Tower Works, a leading provider of construction and general contractor services to major wireless carriers and broadband service providers in the telecommunications industry. Ashley's unique background and qualifications enable her to evaluate transactions through the eyes of an owner/operator.

Ryan Hutson

Ryan Hutson, ALC, CCIM

Ryan Hutson is a licensed Texas commercial real estate broker an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Prior to joining Hutson Realty Partners, Ryan worked for one of the largest, full-service commercial real estate companies in the Greater Houston area. Ryan previously served as a Director for a Fortune 500 integrated energy company, and as a management consultant at a ‘Big 4’ professional services firm. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree from Texas A&M. Ryan was born and has lived in the greater Houston area his entire life and currently resides in Conroe, Texas.

Mikale DeLoach

Mikale Edwards

Mikale started her career in real estate in 2012 beginning as a Transaction Liaison for a National residential brokerage firm. Her extensive professional background in the real estate industry eventually led her to transition into commercial real estate and she joined Hutson Realty Partners in 2024. Mikale received her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis on Marketing Systems, and minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2014, where she graduated a full year early. During her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, Mikale obtained her Texas real estate license and was involved in multiple business organizations, including the Agricultural Economics Society where she was the Chapter Vice President. Mikale currently lives Montgomery, Texas with her daughters Reina and Laurel.
